Giving to your community shouldn’t be a once-a-year thing. It should be a reoccurring ideal to consistently improve our community. For this reason, IMS contributes to the well being of the Front Range through a variety of events, corporate sponsorships and time and talent donations. Our year-round contributions strive to stomp out breast cancer, provide affordable housing to those in need, bringing the healing power of horses to disabled individuals and many outstanding organizations.
IMS wants to bring the best quality of life and sense of community to all of our Colorado neighbors, clients and communities. This is why we are proud partners of:
- Realities for Children
- The Colorado Ice
- Hearts and Horses
- Medal of Honor Fund
- The McKee Breast Cancer Center
Time, Talent, and Resources
We do not just put our money where our mouth is, we also bring our running shoes, tools and a good clean sense of fun. Along with our corporate sponsorships, we bring our outstanding HVAC skills, labor, and business savvy to the following groups and events:
Kristi Visosky Foundation:
Not only does this organization give out fantastic scholarships to students around Colorado, it also gets involved in several other charitable events throughout the year.
IMS both contributes to the foundation, but also strapped on our tool belts and helped complete the House that Kristi Built. This was a local home built for an area family in need, and IMS was happy to help keep the family warm, safe, and comfortable through donating time, products, and equipment.
Habitat for Humanity
Habitat for humanity is an American institution that brings the community together to create affordable, high-quality homes for hard working families. Not only are these homes beautifully built, but they bring joy to those who move in and those who built it with their own hands. IMS continues to help with a variety of houses through volunteer hours, expertise, and equipment.
Tough Enough to Wear Pink Golf Tournament
We are out to bust Breast Cancer by riding in with Tough Enough to Wear Pink. We plan, support and sponsor the Tough Enough to Wear Pink Golf Tournament every spring and have a great time doing it in the process. This incredible organization does more than bring awareness and support testing; it also helps us reach for a cure.
Run Ginny Runny
Every Year, the amazing Ginny Barrett ties her running shoes and does a couple kilometers for great organizations. This year IMS sponsored Ginny in the following:
- The Loveland Turkey Trot
- The Phantom 5K

Great experience from start to finish. The installers were on time, they let me know what was going on during the process, and got the job done efficiently. Michelle in the office was awesome. But actually – everyone was awesome.
We got estimates from 3 other company’s. We wanted the most energy efficient furnace since we were replacing the old one. Not one of the other companies mentioned that we would probably have to tear out the ceiling in the downstairs bedroom (which would have added to the cost) to accomplish this. IMS told us as much as they would like to sell us the more efficient furnace they wouldn’t recommend it because of the tear out involved. I feel they got us a good furnace, air conditioner and thermostat at a price we could afford. Installation went smoothly. No surprises.
I have received prompt and accurate service each time I have called about my split air conditioning system. The technician checks everything and is very careful. I was so glad to come upstairs from the usually cooler lower level and to find the living area was quite comfortable. Yea!
