Community Outreach

At IMS Heating & Air, we believe in giving back to the community that has supported us for over 25 years. We are proud to back various local causes and hope to positively impact the lives of our community members.

Tough Enough To Wear Pink Northern Colorado

1 in 8 women will develop breast cancer in their lifetime. Close to 50% of women will skip treatments due to financial difficulties. Tough Enough to Wear Pink locally is helping those who struggle with all of the pieces that come with this devastating diagnosis. With your help we are able to provide financial assistance, covering bills, and helping give peace of mind to deal with becoming a survivor.

Realities for Children

Realities For Children provides for the unmet and ongoing support needs of children in Northern Colorado who have been abused, neglected or are at-risk.

  • We do this through our healing philosophy that provides emergency funding for children in Larimer County when all other resources are exhausted.
  • We support the process of recovery through youth activities, critical item distributions, and resources to our 38 Partner Youth Agencies.

And, we work to break the cycle of abuse through special direct grant programs and scholarships for the youth we serve.

Danny Juarez Fund

Support underprivileged youth in sports and other activities around Northern Colorado. Recently donated 20 baseball gloves and 5 buckets of balls to the Boys & Girls Club of Fort Collins. Many of these kids that received the gloves haven’t owned a glove. An up and coming boxer out of Greeley couldn’t afford the travel costs to compete to be on a national boxing team. DJ Fund helped this boxer with some of his expenses.

Habitat for Humanity

Our mission is to build safe, decent, and affordable homes in partnership with hard-working families in need. This grassroots effort is made possible through the generous donations of materials, money, and labor from members of the Fort Collins community.

Habitat provides a 0% interest loan where Habitat homeowners make a monthly mortgage payment that does not exceed 30% of their income. Habitat homeowners also save a down payment and contribute up to 500 hours of “sweat equity” in the building of their home and at the ReStore.

Alex’s Lemonade Stand

ALSF also provides emotional, financial, and logistical support to childhood cancer families that make their challenges more manageable.

Kawasaki Kids Foundation

Build a friendly and knowledgeable community to help save kids hearts and cure Kawasaki Disease by increasing awareness.

Create national awareness of Kawasaki Disease, find a cure through research, support families by creating a supportive network, and educate families, communities, and health care professionals.

Boys & Girls Club of Larimer County

At the Boys & Girls Clubs of Larimer County, we support young people by providing an outcome-driven Club experience, with programming offered in three priority outcome areas: Academic Success, Good Character & Leadership, and Healthy Lifestyles. These programs provide the foundation for personal growth, new opportunities, and the prevention of risky behaviors.

Helping Heroes

Helping Heroes is a program that benefits local “heroes” like first responders, military veterans, educators, or others that have served our community.

Kristi Viscosky Memorial Fund

Mission Statement: Determined to keep alive the spirit and compassion of a young woman who was a strong champion of the underdog and supporter of troubled youth, the Kristi Visocky Memorial Foundation was created to provide scholarships and assistance to those in need. Our mission is to fund and support programs that provide people with a means to achieve higher education, economic independence and self-sufficiency.

The Kristi Visocky Memorial Foundation supports many types of programs and projects that not only change lives but change the world. Since its inception in 2003, the Foundation has awarded $240,000 in scholarships to 120 area young women and over $575,00 in support to area organizations.
