Realities for Children
Realities For Children provides for the unmet and ongoing support needs of children in Northern Colorado who have been abused, neglected or are at-risk.
- We do this through our healing philosophy that provides emergency funding for children in Larimer County when all other resources are exhausted.
- We support the process of recovery through youth activities, critical item distributions, and resources to our 38 Partner Youth Agencies.
And, we work to break the cycle of abuse through special direct grant programs and scholarships for the youth we serve.
Danny Juarez Fund
Support underprivileged youth in sports and other activities around Northern Colorado. Recently donated 20 baseball gloves and 5 buckets of balls to the Boys & Girls Club of Fort Collins. Many of these kids that received the gloves haven’t owned a glove. An up and coming boxer out of Greeley couldn’t afford the travel costs to compete to be on a national boxing team. DJ Fund helped this boxer with some of his expenses.
Hearts & Horses
At Hearts & Horses Therapeutic Riding Center, our mission is to promote the physical, cognitive, emotional and social well-being of people with special needs through equine-assisted therapy.
Recently we donated heating and cooling systems to their learning facility where many youth, veterans, disabled, and elderly groups would meet.
Hearts & Horses
Annual scholarships are given to young women we would like to see continue their education and their vision for a better life. Scholarships are awarded in both traditional and non-traditional areas, such as hairdresser, culinary arts, or other vocations that often do not offer scholarship or grant funding.
Habitat for Humanity
Our mission is to build safe, decent, and affordable homes in partnership with hard-working families in need. This grassroots effort is made possible through the generous donations of materials, money, and labor from members of the Fort Collins community.
Habitat provides a 0% interest loan where Habitat homeowners make a monthly mortgage payment that does not exceed 30% of their income. Habitat homeowners also save a down payment and contribute up to 500 hours of “sweat equity” in the building of their home and at the ReStore.
Alex's Lemonade Stand
Your donations fund research that brings better treatments and cures to children with cancer. ALSF also provides emotional, financial and logistical support to childhood cancer families that makes their challenges more manageable.
Kawasaki Kids Foundation
Build a friendly and knowledgeable community to help save kids hearts and cure Kawasaki Disease by increasing awareness.
Create national awareness of Kawasaki Disease, find a cure through research, support families by creating a supportive network, and educate families, communities, and health care professionals.
Boys & Girls Club of Larimer County
At the Boys & Girls Clubs of Larimer County, we support young people by providing an outcome-driven Club experience, with programming offered in three priority outcome areas: Academic Success, Good Character & Leadership, and Healthy Lifestyles. These programs provide the foundation for personal growth, new opportunities, and prevention of risky behaviors.
Helping Heroes is a program that benefits local “heroes” like first responders, military veterans, educators, or others that have served our community. The annual events bring in large funds to help other charities who have large projects.

I am really impressed with this company. I was able to get an amazing financing deal using my Home Depot credit card and they installed an additional mini split head onto my existing mini split air conditioning system. The install itself went well and I was really happy with the system. My mini split system recently started having cooling issues. Long story short, the company who originally installed my system was of very little help and tried to shift the blame onto IMS. It took over 2 weeks to get the first company to my home. As soon as I called and told IMS what was going on, they were out the very next day. Shauna was very patient with me on the phone when I had to call back a few times and try to schedule around my work commitments (Thank you!). Jordan, the technician who came to my home, was awesome. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and empathetic. He able to resolve the issue quickly even though the problem was likely not caused by his company. IMS truly cares about their customers and they go out of their way to make sure they are taken care of. I plan to use them for any future air conditioning needs!
IMS did a great job! Not only did they beat quotes I got from other companies, they got me in as soon as they could and worked with me around my work schedule and were very helpful with my many phone calls 😅 quality and quantity expectations were met and exceeded! Highly recommend! No longer melting in my home with fans everywhere!!!
I feel many AIr companies try to exploit their customers- not IMS – they communicate effectively of what was needed to get an AC unit into my home. Explained everything I needed and gave me different price options for my needs.
Aaron did an excellent job providing the information and selling me the unit.
John did an exceptional job installing.
Would repeat business and recommend to friends and family.
