Minimal Contact Appointments

We take our role with minimizing the spread of COVID-19 seriously.

Ask IF THERE ARE ANY SICKNESS SYMPTOMS

We ask our technicians daily if they have any sickness symptoms. If there are any symptoms we will have the technician stay at home until the symptoms conclude. 

We will also ask all of our customers when we are scheduling calls and the day of the service to verify that the house is symptoms free.

PREPARE FOR THE APPOINTMENT

Our staff will sanitize their tools and wear masks, gloves, and shoe coverings. We will keep our distance through out the appointment. You may also spend your time in a room and we can text back and forth if we have questions. 

Our team will take measurements and gather information in the mechanical room along with any other pertinent information.

Our team will prepare several options to meet your needs along with air cleaning/sanitizing solutions. We can go over options for rebates, financing, and other payment details that will meet your needs. 

Digital Presentation & Signing

We will be offering multiple solutions for your home comfort needs. We will also offer financing options and rebates as they apply. We will then discuss your needs and answer any questions you have about each of the options for your project. Once you have decided on the best options for the home. We will have you sign digitally.

Day of Installation

On the day of the installation, we will first walk your project with you. We will clean the equipment before we bring it to your house. We also will be cleaning our tools and exceeding CDC guidelines with social distancing as wells as personal protective gear. We will keep to the project areas and pathways to the installation with little to no contact. We will have a final walk through with you to verify the completion of the project. All paperwork will be signed digitally.
