COVID-19 Procedures

We would like to assure you that providing a safe and healthy environment for our customers and employees is the top priority at IMS Heating & Air.

We will continue to monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, actively following guidance and recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) while taking action to keep our customers, our employees, and our communities safe.

Our enhanced safety measures include:

In addition to CDC-recommended cleaning standards, our in-home staff has been provided CDC guidelines about the importance of proper handwashing techniques, best practices in virus prevention, including the need to cover coughs and sneezes, and most importantly staying home at the first sign of any flu-like symptoms. We have also distributed additional personal protective equipment and the ability to sanitize equipment between customer appointments.

We will continue to monitor developments, adjust where necessary, and do our part to reduce the spread of this virus. Providing a safe and positive experience is very important to us. If you have any symptoms or have had recent exposure to COVID-19 please let us know and we can reschedule your in-home appointment.

To our valued customers:

As the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to disrupt daily life, IMS Heating & Air wants to assure homeowners that we are taking steps to help our employees and customers stay safe and healthy.
